Marathon Training Plan
The Caffeine Bullet sub 2-hour marathon training plan runs for 16-weeks and has been devised to ensure that you peak on marathon day. To consider using this plan you should be used to regularly running 100+ miles per week and be able to run a 5k in 12:28, a 10k in 25:59 or a half marathon in 57:04.
A sub 2:00 marathon is 4:33 per mile.
